Good to hear from you! I am glad the project is coming together. I hope you get a good sponsor(..). I will try and keep the 2012 X-Andes in mind. Do you have any idea of the dates?  I would love to race there if the format is similar to the X-Alps and if I can fit it into my schedule.  (…). It would be good if these events were seperate by ~3 weeks so some athletes could do both. Please send me an email when you are back in BC and we can call each other. We’ll talk soon.

This season was quite weak here. A lot of bad weather. But there I had an excellent week in Slovenia this summer. About 25 hours of great flying!

Hey now Peter,
glad to hear that it is coming along.  Hopefully I’ll be racing in the X-Alps 2011 but I’ll for sure be in Cusco around April till June.  If the dry run happens around then I’ll definately be with you.
I’m sad it’s not making it’s way to Cusco though.  I would have thought you could get more sponsors in the Cusco region and I always heard that the winds are more of a problem in the Cordillera Negra and Blanca than in Cusco. Take great care about what month you run the event because there are some very definate windy months.
