SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
We are seeking a TITLE sponsor for this event along with presenting sponsors and suppliers. Participating sponsors would receive creative placement in all films and media as well as access to all media as in video and photos proportional to their investment. Since the actual race is not until 2012 the sponsors have two years to utilise our promotional material and create an entire campaign around the project and their logo with our support. Besides shooting material for a full one hour documentary, the team plans a great deal of media exposure utilising magazine television shows, you tube campaign. We are looking for seed money as well as in kind sponsorship to make this reconnaissance mission a true success story for the sponsor as well as our XANDES project. The sponsors involved would also receive placement and exposure in Peter’s “ work in progress “ documentary which may will continue in Peru , see : PARACINDERELLA
TOTAL BUDGET FOR XANDES RECONNAISSANCE – $70,000 Canadian based on expenses for our international team of XANDES participants.

• Right to use XANDES name in all in house promotions/campaigns. • Product or creative yet non obtrusive service placement in all films, news and media. Ie Sponsor exhibited at Press Conferences scheduled before, during and after XANDES event and trial events/reconnaissance trips leading up to it. • Access to all footage for in house use, ads, infomercials, video clips,youtube, on website, etc. • Banners and posters at XANDES Event Site and Pembertongames sites, internet and on site. • Inclusion in documentary produced on Pemberton Games and XANDES.The Documentary to be co-produced and co-directed by Peter Chrzanowski and Jorge Vignati , legendary cameraman from films of Werner Herzog, Fitzgeraldo, Cerru Torre etc. • Inclusion in PARACINDERELLA film being shot over two years around the world and Peru. . • A pre-arranged number of custom sponsor festival DVDs diskettes manufactured for client as part of package. • Display space for sponsor and their goods at both festivals , in Huaraz, Peru and Pemberton/Whistler , Canada.. • Create platform to highlight your product through demos and interaction with public and XANDES • Custom paraglide wings made with sponsors logos for tandems (see NEXTEL in Mexico) The event can have one title sponsor, two presenting sponsors and a list of in kind and part cash suppliers. |
